Rita Flores-Szeto

Rita Flores-Szeto is a Spanish-speaking immigration attorney with a criminal law background. She graduated from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Psychology in 2008. She obtained her JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011. She maintains a law license from Wisconsin and Illinois since 2011 and 2013, respectively. After dedicating her law school studies to projects such as the Prosecution Project and Criminal Appeals Project as well as clerking for appellate and federal judges, Attorney Flores-Szeto began her legal career by working for the public defender’s office in Milwaukee, WI. Since 2012, she has dedicated her law practice to helping clients navigate immigration processes from inside and outside of the U.S. She is a zealous advocate by providing different avenues to clients, including those with significant immigration and criminal violations. Her goal is to provide as many viable options as possible in family immigration and removal defense cases so clients can choose what best suits their needs and wants.
